LUKE SEALER

My name is Luke Sealer. I grew up in Lees Summit, Missouri and attended Lees Summit High School. After high school, I received a scholarship to play basketball at Fort Hays State University (NCAA II). I was first exposed to LTD in the DREAM LEAGUE Summer Pro-Am while I was still in college. I continue to play in the league to this day because I believe it is the best league in the city with current and former college and professional players from all levels. Throughout the years, God has taught me many life lessons through the game of basketball. The one that really stands out is that no one makes it in this life alone. A fulfilled life always involves other people and in order to win a basketball game you must have trust in your teammates and they must trust you. I always think about this in my life when it comes to my faith. As long as I trust in God, I will win. Being involved with LTD has positively impacted my faith by allowing me to play a sport I love with other great Christ followers. The connections I have made by playing with LTD will impact me forever. In my career there have been many times where I have had doubts or stress. My certainty in my faith helps to relieve these moments and allows me to impact others while also supporting my family.
